At minimum this must cover: acceptable use (recording others requires their consent under many jurisdictions' two-party consent laws — this is the user's responsibility, not Bysik's), the free/Pro plan limits, billing and cancellation terms tied to the Stripe subscription, and liability limits for AI-generated notes (which may contain errors).
